How do I return an item?
All sales are final at the time of purchase once the bike or part has left the shop. We allow refunds when a bicycle has been purchased sight unseen on the website for pickup in-store.
In the case of shipping, the purchase and transaction is complete at the time of transaction when purchasing via our website. If you are unhappy with a product, you can return the item(s) and receive a credit for the amount of your purchase, less shipping costs. In the event that we have no items of interest for exchange, a 20% restocking fee will be accessed. Restocking fees are charged only on returns and exchanges made at the customer's discretion, we do not charge fees on returns of defective merchandise. A request to cancel a completed order before the item has shipped will be charged a 10% restocking/processing fee.
