A Yakima bike rack made to work with Yakima round bars. Bike mounts via removing front wheel and clamping fork in the fork holder. Fork mount has lock cylinder with key that locks both bike to rack and rack to load bars. Rear wheel strap works best with narrower tires of road and hybrid bikes, may be too small for large tire bikes.
