Stopping power is provided by powerful Avid V-brakes routed to beefy Deore XT brake levers. Rolling stock consists of a super-light carbon Shimano RS-Eighty road wheelset wrapped in chunky and uber-capable Surly Knard all-condition tires. Topping this baby off is a black Chris King headset and matching set of anno red Salsa seat clamp and a bottle cage! Complete build without pedals weighs just under 20 pounds!
