This very early model Bridgestone has been built up, professionally tuned & is ready to hit the town, whether it's to work, errands, or just a ride around town. Made in Japan of double butted cro-mo, this bike was built up as a town bike with an upright Soma Oxford handlebar & an SR Royal fluted stem. This super cool townie features Suntour bar-end shifters, routed to a light alloy reverse-pull Suntour SL front derailleur with a Suntour V-GT Luxe in the rear. The reverse-pull front allows symmetry in shifting front & rear (up=low, down=high). We continue with Sakae Super Custom alloy double cranks with a chainguard, Weinmann center-pull brakes & nice, big Shimano brake levers. Rolling on 700c Mavic rims laced to Suntour Cyclone hubs, wrapped in slick Bontrager 32c tires. Fluted SR LaPrade post, Avocet Touring 1 saddle, & finished off with a new chain, new cables & housings.
