This classic Trek 1000 road bike was built with lightweight 6061 T6 aluminum right here in the USA! Paired with a steel fork, this bike features Shimano indexed downtube shifters routed to Shimano front & rear derailleurs. The Shimano theme continues with Shimano aero brake levers mated to Shimano SLR brake calipers. Sakae SX double crankset with 6 cogs out back. New tires, handlebar tape, cables & housings finish off this light, fast ride. A great bike for road rides, for exercise or pleasure. Size is 48cm, & should fit riders around 4'11" to 5'2".
