A new, one-of-a-kind Bicycle Czar bike! Freshly-created, re-imagined, and re-manufactured, built with a combination of new, refurbished, and refinished materials! Starting life as a USA-made butted Easton aluminum Trek 7000 series mountain frame, it was sandblasted of it's original paint and then powdercoated silver, professionally built, tuned, and ready to get you out and exploring! Featuring a 3x9 wide-range drivetrain, with bar-mounted XT trigger shifter mated to Shimano Deore XT derailleurs front and rear, and Deore LX triple cranks. Burly Shimano Deore XT 'parallel-push' V-brakes provide efficient stops on gnarly terrain. Rolling on a sturdy 26" clincher wheelset with LX and XT hubs laced to Matrix rims, all wrapped in lightweight folding mountain tires for a firm connection to the dirt. Other goodies include a Bontrager Race stem, Easton CT2 carbon seatpost, Easton EA50 aluminum riser bars, a beautiful red Chris King headset, topped off with new hand grips and new chain!
