Paired with it's chrome crowned fork, the bike sports Weinmann flat bar brake levers with barrel adjusters on the original dove-style bar, with original Schwinn grips, all mounted on an AVA stem. Brakes are Weinmann and Schwinn-Approved, with new cables and housings throughout. Original wheelset with tires, ready to roll. Drivetrain consists of original double cranks with a chain guard, with upgraded stem shifters and derailleurs, and new chain, allowing this bike to do one thing the originals never did well... it actually shifts!
