A classic made-in-France Motobecane Grand Record road bike has been given a full tune & is ready to go home with a new rider! This frameset is rocking Campagnolo dropouts & Nervex lugs with Reynolds 531 tubing, the creme of the crop. Set up with aluminum Stronglight double cranks, Campagnolo Nuovo Record front & rear derailleurs mated to Campagnolo downtube shifters, with a classic french stem & French Belleri handlebars wrapped in new handlebar tape. Stopping power care of Weinmann center-pull caliper brakes featuring rare steel-hinged straddle, Weinmann levers featuring quick release, with new cables & housings throughout. 27" Wolber rims wrapped in brand new, supple Panaracer Pasela tires, with a Campagnolo Record rear hub & Avocet in front. Also sporting a new chain, new MKS pedals, fluted SR LaPrade post topped off with an Avocet touring saddle, this bike is tuned and ready to ride around town or all over Sonoma County. 60cm frame should fit riders from around 6'0" to 6'3".
